- gurl| 1 replyApril 17, 2012 Caller number 512-394-4907 A call from Texas leave a voice mail. The caller said "e: Alright, This message is intended to contact ___This is David Cooper, and I'm calling from Dispute Resolution Center, while recently I receive a case file against your name in which you have been listed as a primary suspect in a financial fraud and I need to discuss this legal matter with you.Your social security number is now under investigation. So as soon as you received this message, give me an urgent callback on my number at it 512-394-4907. Do not disregard this message. Till then, God Bless. When I received the voice mail, I made a callback to phone number 512-394-4907. A man with a mid accent answers the phone, I ask him if I can get my case number, he told me that he's not in the position to tell me so but he can help me to resolve the issue. I keep on asking him to give me the case number but he keeps on telling me that the sheriff will be coming into my house and work to serve the papers to me if I will not resolve the issue ASAP. I told him if he could not give me my case number I will just personally call the sheriff's office and the local law enforcement office to know more about the issue. When I insisted to call a police, he hangs up the phone.

- AnonymI received 6 calls with the same threats as all the above people! I am pissed that we have people like this stalking us and threatening us with the police and contacting our employers! This has to be stopped somehow or the other we should have rights to protect ourselves and start a lawsuit against these idiots!! The man or rather idiot said his name was Steven Baker or Becker!!
- Caller: Dispute Resolution Center

- CHRISTINAWhat happens is they somehow hack into cash advance places. Then they get all the info that you gave them on the app. You cannot get arrested for owing money. Insist any alleged debt be mailed to you in writing. This is a scam- the guy called me 3 times in a row, and said he was going to have the sheriff stop by. Oh please. Do not give these people any money!

- carly| 1 replyThe EXACT same thing has been happening to me. I had to call my local police department. I too had applied for a cash advance. Boy will I never do that again. This guy at first was William Scott, now this time it's Steven Baker. I can barely understand the guy. He called my job and one of my girls said I was not there and she told him to stop calling this is a place of business and hung up. He repeatedly called back over 10 times. He then started to tell my employee to suck his d*ck, asked her how big her boobs were, called her a stupid [***], c*nt, and everything in between. Something has to be done about this!
