call but no message left.  I don't answer calls that I don't know and typically don't answer just take messages and call back when on the road.

It's Time Warner Cable, but I don't understand why they called me. When I answered, an automated recording gave me a number to call back in the area code 866 with no other instructions. I don't even have a balance right now on my account so, I don't know what they could possibly want.

Yep that's what it is I went paperless last month and forgot to pay my Internet bill.

I'm getting calls from them 2x a day with just an automated message telling me it's Time Warner and to call them. If they really want to speak to me they need to have someone call me and not some automated message saying that I need to call THEM. I get solicitation calls all the time from them saying they can "save me money" and have a "great deal" for me but you know they're going to want you to sign up for a $120 package when you currently only pay 40.

Time warner Cable automated call.  I'm caught up on my bill.  Called it back and it bac at the 866 number they left and it just went to the standard automated phone system.
