This person goes by the name Kevin called saying its regarding my ss# and leaves a ref number don't know how he gotten my work number ( gotten under the BBB and no listing for that number ) just 3rd debt I don't even bother to answer the phone if I don't know the number

Keep calling my cell phone. Making threating comments. Don't know anyone at this number. Please stop calls.

Some one called named Kim coleson first referring to a job application and then said that there were several complaints in her office regarding me.  This message was left on my mother in laws business line. I have no idea how she got the number.

Received a call from a Kim Copeland from Hagleworth and associates "prelegal office" claiming to have some debt collection agency wanting to sue me for a bogus debt I never had or heard of. She was wanting information from me and money. Please stop this fraudulent caller.

My friend's mother got a call from Kim Copelin 'pre-legal" dept. Trying to reach me, stating that it's urgent, they are taking legal action over an in-valid debt.  Once again, my friend's MOTHER, who lives in a completely different state than I do.

Yes, the same thing happened to me today. Its a Austin pho # so I was a little worried at first. His name was Kevin or Michael I deleted the msg by accident. He was smacking gun while leaving the msg. So unprofessional.

Have had several calls looking for someone other than myself. Most are males with the names Kevin or Michael. A female said she was Kim. Told me that they were going to show up at my door with the Sheriff. When I told them that they had the wrong person and number. I was told that I was a f*****g liar. Told me that they spoke to Mrs. Not Us last Friday at the same number and location. When I said that was impossible caused I am disabled and was the only one here and that my wife was at work. Again, I was a f*****g liar. I called back to try to straighten things out. Big Mistake! They are rude, unprofessional, offensive and abusive with their language. I have contacted the Texas Attorney General's Office and filled out an online complaint form. I would ask all others to please do the same thing. They might be able to do something with more complaints. Please go to www.texasattorneygeneral.com and choose Consumer Complaints. Also, please call the Federal Trade Commission at 877-382-4357. Evidently the FTC needs to have a certain volume of complaints before they will do much. Please call. I live near Austin and have called local authorities to file a complaint. Waiting for Deputy to show. Hopefully, they can do something to these horrible people.

If they had minimal internet skills, you can google the person they want and it gives two listings in all of Texas. Houston and Tomball. Nothing near Austin which is what my area code is. You can even look that up online.

Was able to determine that this company is a debt collection company located in Buffalo, N.Y. They set up semi local phone numbers in order to cover their identity. In attempting to wade through their accent it appears the name is Hagleworth and Assoc. Their mailing address is P.O. Box 611, Buffalo, NY 14214. Of course, everyone that answers their phone is the Office Manager, so good luck there.

**Correction** I listed the information for the Texas Attorney General Office and Federal Trade Commission. The website for the AG's office is "www.texasattorneygeneral.gov". I mistakenly put it as ".com"
