Received 2 phone calls in a row.  No message.

I am so sick of this guy calling!!/always telling me about some acct that doesn't exist!! So ridiculous how many times I've gotten calls from this number!!!/ they are such a joke!! Ruthless in their pursuit..I've learned to just ignore their number! I am free and clear! I have done nothing wrong! What these scammers are doing is unconscionable!

Or they real  I did have payday loan once but I thought paid them and now I'm being threaten will being sued or possible jail

Threatened with law enforcement and I'm not even in the state anymore,how they got my private number I have no idea,or even my address that's on my license in the state I'm in  because that's incorrect,how I know because they said when they were going to come by this address,just ignore them nothing they can do but bug you,besides I never got a payday loan.

Night  and day they are calling me accusing me of fraud  .That they Have a case number on Me and they are going to arrest me at my work. They're are just stressing me out for something that I havnt done  but this man wants money and keeps calling me .. I don't have no bank account, I don't have no land, I have a little job and support 4 kids and I don't have no benefit cause I don't qualify
So how in the world did I commit fraud....they are full of bulshit

Being in ordinary civil debt is not a crime ad you CANNOT be arrested.  for it.  This is basically a debt scamming operation.  Ignore the calls and block them.  Fraud is handled by law enforcement.  Debt collectors have nothing to do with law enforcement.  These people are just trying to scare some money out of you.   These people change phone numbers and CIDs all the time.  Do not give them any information, do not talk to them, do not give them any money.

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them.
