Those guys called our home about 20x times with minutes in-between calls. They pitched some service that is offered now in our neighborhood that cost $4,500. Not sure what it is as we hung up. Who would even consider doing business with a company with such low business ethics? There must be obviously enough suckers, otherwise they would not be doing it.

Caller ID shows "Bastrop". This number is registered to Verizon Wireless. I assume the number is spoofed.

Thanks for posting.  i have been getting calls on my cell continually for the last couple of days.  Apparently hangs up and calls right back.  I couldn't find anything on this number until i saw this post.

Same thing. Call three times Saturday morning while was trying to sleep. So sick and tired of [***] telemarketers. I don't understand why we can't get a hold on it.

I just turned on my phone after it died 6 hours ago. Then I got 15 voicemails, saying for voicemail, press 2 (obviously a recording) UGH. Each call was 12-20 minutes apart (meaning the next one is due any minute)

I got the same 500 calls from this number (all a few minutes apart like everyone else here - must be an autodialer). I'm so glad for posts like this so I know these people are sheisters!

I got a call just few minutes ago and they called themselves: "Energy Efficient Program". They want to set up an appointment for an auditor to come in to my house and make recommendations to save energy. They claimed that my house is located in an area in Austin where a total of $4,500 is available for home energy improvements rebates.

I called back from a different number to see what this is all about and someone else has answered the phone and wanted to set me up with an appointment. I asked what the company name is and she would only say energy efficient program.. something is fishy.

I am not sure where is the catch.

Yep - they're calling the crap out of my mobile phone. And AT&T wants to change me $5 for "Smart Limits" to not get the call. Get people to pay you to make junk calls, then get the recipients to pay not to get them. What a deal.

Same here got many calls per day everyday for the past several weeks. It's on my mobile and thankfully I have the app iBlacklist so I can block this number.  I wish they would get the hint but since its a computer calling they won't stop.

Glad to see these posts. I have a 512 # even though I no longer live in Texas and really wondered who from there was calling over and over these past 2 days and not leaving a message. I've got the # blocked now so at least don't have to hear it ring for this.

They called twice today. Message on the machine asked for my wife by name. Make that 3 times since they are calling as I type.......No message this time.
Since they ignore the DNC  list they are losers.
It shows that they are willing to break the law and therefore shady.

They keep calling my house number pissing off my wife who runs a daycare there

What's the purpose of writing your rant/complaint here about receiving unwanted calls from 512-629-4059 when nothing is done to prevent/stop them?  Shame on the phone companies, the Attorney General, Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Federal Communication Commission for not enforcing the telemarketing/telephone soliciting rules/regulations/statutes.

6 phone calls today already. Yay for blocking the number !!!
