I won a 2GB Wireless Home Security System! I'm not sure that's even a real thing.
Gal on the phone sounded Indian. Said she was going to transfer my call to the person who could tell me more about my prize. Advised me not to hang up. I said, "Oh, okay," and hung up.

The number keeps calling both me and my husband twice a day almost at the same time.  Not sure where they got the list but I am ready to get off of it!

Received call today, pause before responding, lots of background noise (loud), woman had middle eastern accent and said she was with FDF or something like that. I hung up.

Don't call me I don't deal with telemarketers

Called 3x in the past 2 days.  Its a local area code so i finally answered.  Lady with an accent said i had won some security package.  I could hear other's in the background talking about Verizon accounts.  I asked to be removed and hung up.  Total scammers.  I reported them to Verizon Fraud

Called and didn't leave message. I called them back it didn't ring a woman picked up with a lot of background noise and asked me if I own my home.  I told her not to call back and hung up and then blocked the number.

Stop calling me multiple times a day damn it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I got the same call... lots of background noise, woman sounding like she was Indian, I couldn't hear her for all the noise. She asked me if she could put me on hold. I said sure and then hung up.

Unwanted prank call

Got one of these calls today - same as most have posted already. She did her bit, then asked if I was the homeowner. I said of what property? Stopped her in her tracks, lol. She finally said- after a few ums, the property you live in. I said what property is that? Do you have the address of the property your referring too? She was at a loss, and finally, very hesitantly, said you are in Texas, correct? I said No, I'm not. I got a few more ums, then she hung up. If they're going to waste my time with these crappy telemarketing calls, the least I can do is have some fun messing with them!!

Got the call from a young man who identified himself as with FDS and had the security system for me. Could tell he was reading from a script. I hung up.

Caller claimed to be grandchild in jail for DWI and then claimed to be his attorney, Jeff Slater.  Tried to scam money from grandparent to pay for DWI related accident.  Wanted $4500 in Home Depot gift cards to pay for accident so charges would not be filed.  Horrible scumbag scammer scaring a grandparent this way.

Got a called just couple minutes ago, someone on the other line said I am a winner of some prizes and started asking for my information like name, address...I said my name is Joe Doe at 123 Main Street, Any Town, in the same state as she is calling from. After a pause she hung up. LOL  

I called them back after 4 missed calls and no voicemails left..same story about winning the security system.  is there any way to report that a foreign country is using local numbers to get people to answer the call?

I was told they were running a promotional offer "in your area".  I asked what area that was since, although I've kept my central Texas cell phone number, I have lived in California for the past 3+ years.  She said she was having trouble hearing me...I hung up...

Called me for the first time today. A woman introduced herself and said she was with IFDS (i think). Then I heard a lot of background noise. I sat in silence for a minute and then hung up. After reading everyone's feedback, I blocked the number. If you have an iPhone, you can do this too.
