FPPSG LLC.  aka (Fortune Portfolio and Processor Service Group) is actually who is calling about these payday loans.  Their phone# is 512-696-2788, The tend to change their phone numbers so be careful.  The company acts like "Processors" but they are collectors.  National Credit Works is out of New York and owns the debt FPPSG LLC is collecting.  This is completely illegal and unethical.  They call the debtor trying to state they received a complaint to process, and they will deny being a collection agency.  Believe it or not they are registered with the ACA (the association of credit and collection professionals) as a reputable collection agency. The craziest part about the whole thing is that I called my local FBI office and they already have an investigation going. That is all they would tell me but it's crazy that they know who these people are, and they are still in business.

This is who is actually calling, They will state they are "National" and work directly with the National Attorney Network.  This is a complete lie. There is no such thing. They will deny being anything else but "National".

I've come across a few of these blogs and I am amazed at what lengths people will go through not to pay their bills. It's a collector because you people had a bill that you didn't pay. Of course these agencies are using new tactics to collect, professional debtors are as sleazy as the collections agencies that are doing the collecting. Pay your freakin' bills and they won't call..Jeez!!

I hope you can go through the rest of your life and never lose a job or have to decide to pay a bill or feed your kids.  Don't you listen to the news - don't you know how many people are out of work and have no idea how they are going to live.  People who had good jobs and paid their bills are now on unemployment and looking for any kind of work.
Don't judge unless you have walked a mile in that person's shoes.

And fyi - I am not unemployed but people like you just irk me.  Just because hard times have not hit you yet does not mean your immune to economic misfortune in  your future.

I was looking at the court records for the big CEO of FPPSG, Shawntina Jones' foreclosure case filed by the Stoneybrook Hills HOA where she lives, and she owes over $4,000.00 in unpaid HOA dues, PLUS, she hasn't made a mortgage payment on her house for two years and the bank is getting ready to take it back!  WHAT A FREAKING DEADBEAT!!!!!

fortune portfolios is the biggest hack job collection agency. i worked there. they made me say threatening things in order to keep my job. And when I stopped with the illegal tactics the fired me and I never received my bonus. Since I was being payed under the table I have nothing I can you use to prove. These guys are high all the time and are doing drugs at there desks. It is horrid.
