Called today with no CID and no message left. I've received calls from the 717 exchange before and they have always been some kind of spam.

Called my cell.  Left no message.

No message - put on blocker

When you call them them you reach the east coast, not Austin. This must be one of those scam charity telemarketers claiming to be with several charities and that 2% of proceeds actually go to the charity. Just don't answer these scumbags. If you want to give, do it directly with the charity.

Called, rang twice.  When the husband answered, they hung up.

Called me up twice and did not leave any messages.

Called me. I didn't answer.  Left no message.  I called back, and blocked my number, but call gets disconnected, so I can't find out who is calling now.  I'm on Do Not Call list already.  Blocking the number now.  Caller ID just says Austin, Tx.

Said it was a charity to support police on a national level. Sounded scammy. I told him he could call my husband, who handles our finances, offered him my husband's phone number and he hung up.
