I have the same problem.  I think it's ID theft.  I just found out few days ago when I pulled out my credit report to buy a house.  My credit score is screwed up b/c of this.

Your credit card company can reverse the charges.

Not sure if anyone still reads this, but it does look like it's from Dell or Dell Financial Services. DFS is backed by CitiBank. If you don't have a Dell Preferred Account, call them 800-283-2210 and make sure you reverse the charges and close the account.

What do you guys mean by "reverse the charges"? What does that do?

jh et al posted several months ago so it's unlikely any of them will read your reply. "Reverse the charges" means your card issuer pulls the fraudulent charge back from the charging party and puts it back in your account.
