Yodle is the name of their company. They send text message reminders to patients. Very rude representatives will contact doctors' offices and try anything to get to the decision maker in the office. They don't even give their company name at times. They call from 512-730-4105 and 512-637-6402 but have more phone numbers.

Someone using the name Evan Franco calls from this number asking for one of our providers personally. Refuses to give any information & is EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional. Obviously NOT a business call....more like a spam/telemarketing call. He will be reported if he calls again.

Evan Franco asks for doctor personally. Is short and resistant to give any information as to the nature of the call. When asked if it was a solicitation, I received no direct answer. Assume a telemarketer. Left return number to call 512-730-4104

This person keeps calling our office asking to speak with doctor. This is a sales call for some sort of vacation rental.

Received call from "Evan Franco" twice today.  The number on caller ID was a local number but he left call back # as 512-730-4105.  He asked for the doctor by first name and said he would hold.  I told him doctor was with patients and he could not hold unless it was a medical emergency.  He was not rude, just persistent - I knew he was a telemarketer just by the tone of his voice and his attitude.
