Got a call from this number, but didn't get to it in time...which is fine, as they didn't bother leaving a message. SCREW THEM. If they knew me they'd know I don't take calls from people and numbers I don't knew. Blocking this number.

Unsolicited call offering loan services. I have saved a number in my caller ID under "scam" so if they call again I'll know to ignore it.

I bought a call-blocker  from AMAZON capable of zapping 1,200 numbers, well worth the investment for a little more privacy.
This was their first & last call......AMF

Their robot talked over my voice mail when answered so I got half the message about loaning me money. I've got so much money right now, I give it away to street people.

Just got a call on my cell which is on the Do not call register.  Ashley offering business loans.

Just Got a call form this number, didn't answer. Came here to see what others were saying about it. I never answer numbers and area codes I've never used or seen before. Soo many calls from different numbers each day, can't these people find anything better to do? How much money could they actually be making doing this annoying stuff?  (certainly none from me).

When they say "Press 1 to be removed from our list", what actually happens is that you pressing "1" tells them that your number is 'live' and has a human (you) answering the phone; that means your number is VALUABLE, to them & to whatever scumbag outfits they SELL it to - thus you'll NEVER get out of their clutches, and they'll NEVER stop calling you!

The BEST thing to do is turn on your caller ID, & check the number on THIS website - BEFORE you answer it. If it's a scam, you'll see it here, and you can BLOCK their number on your phone (and/or silence the ring); if the number's legit, you can always call them back - long distance is dirt cheap these days.

Call to my cell, which is listed on DNC, came from this number before business hours [9 am PST] and they left no message.  I always check numbers like this and 99% of the time they are listed as scam numbers.  I do what sam does mark them as scam and ignore all future calls.

Companies that 1. do not respect DNC, 2. do not leave a message and 3. do not respect standard business hours are not companies I want to do business with.
