- TmoI just got am email saying the same thing. I am pretty sure the the United States General would not send emails through a bogus law firm in Texas and bother with arresting someone for a pay day loan which is illegal. Don't give these people anything.

- GrandmaThis e-mail is a scam. First: they spell the firm Steele Lawfirm (not Law Firm). Second: they sign in United State (not States) Attorney General. Third: there is no signature. Fourth: if there was an arrest warrant out for you they would NOT e-mail you that is ludicrious.

- CWG40 replies to SueTotal scammer. Got an Indian accent, slight, but you can hear it. They are saying they are with the Texas Attorney General. This is a recent scam. Apparently all the other Indian scams are getting old so they are trying this technique. This involves sending out e-mails saying there is an arrest warrant against you and to call a certain number and the party will say they are with the attorney general. Then they'll ask for untraceable funds to make it all go away.
* File a complaint with the FBI on their Internet Crime webpage http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
* File a complaint with the Attorney General for the state you live in
The more information and complaints there are, the better the chance of getting these criminals to stop (or at least reduce the frequency).
