Called my cellphone at 10:10 PST on 4 November 2015. My cellphone is on the DoNotCall list. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. No caller ID, just "Austin, TX". I will report them to DoNotCall.gov.

Just got a call on my cell. No caller ID. Hung up. Didn't leave message.

Hang up call, the number is spoofed as calling bad says it's disconnected. Add it to your block list.

Also got a call at 1:10est. on 11/04/2015. Was not able to pick up but have blocked with information found here. No answer, no voicemail

Call to cell which is on nocall list. Didn't answer. No message--lookup says its from Austin Tx. Blocked

My cell is on do no call list, this list doesn't work obviously.  anyway didn't answer and blocked the number.  certain it is a scammer.  they have my number and i get these calls every day 24/7.  i'm sick of these sick twists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The DNCL works. Legitimate companies will not call you.

However, criminals have a longstanding history of not following the rules.

If you have a number on the DNCL, and you get a call from a 'telemarketer' it is, undoubtedly, a scam.

You might want to consider getting a call blocking app for your phone. You can head to your phones market and look at some of the different ones available to you.

I get this call all different times on different days.  No one ever answers or leaves message.  REALLY annoying since I am also on do not call list.  Wish we could sue companies that do this then maybe they would stop.

Robo dialer urging you to contact them to lower your interest rates.

Wanting to restructure credit card debt. Pressed 1 for a representative, and a gentleman with a thick Indian accent answers. I simply say, "Please remove my number from your list." He says nothing, just an immediate hangup, and I do not think he removed my number. I have added the number to my phone's block list and added my cell numbers to the DoNotCall.gov registry

called me just after 3pm est on 11/04/2015. I answered they didnt say anything and after about 8 seconds I hung up.

Robot call saying it was consumer services for credit cards and wanted to reduce rates.  Stupid junker call wasting my time.

said they were card ID services. Tried to get my credit info. Company is fraud.

came up texas, didn't answer... on a DNCL.

Same as above. Looks like they just started from this number. They'll use another tomorrow.  It really bothers me that it's my cell.

Rang once. No voicemail left.

Received a call on my cell on 11/4/2015 at  4:05pm EST, blocked call, no message left. I too am on the do not call list
