I did not answer then eceived a recorded voice mail msg saying my app for a payday loan was approved. I have not applied for a payday loan.

Received a robocall from this number, again!  They have been calling periodically for over two months.  Sometimes I was able to answer and here the message where I was told to press '9' to be removed from there list.  Though it seemed to work maybe a week or two, the same damned calls came in afterwards.  This morning was the last straw.  I not only answered the call and pressed '9' (why, I don't know.  Doesn't seem to do anything.  Then I * 69'd the call and got this number.

I have not applied for a payday loan, which is what the message said I was approved for.  And the voice is a disgusting sweet, male's voice that says, "Hellllllo!  And congraatulationssss.  You have just been approved for a payday loan."  The guy sounds like a friggin' fruit and the message is so sugary sweet that I felt like I was going into insulin shock as a result.  Someone has to do something about these dregs and losers who start this crap to begin with!  Round 'em up and put then in a labor camp!  At least then they cannot annoy or rip off anyone and they cannot breed.  The latter being the best benefit to that concept.  Nuke 'em all!
