Someone called from this number and claimed to be from United Loans. They had a very thick accent that at times sounded as if they were from Jamaica and other times sounded almost simliar to an Indian accent. He said his name was Charles which was obviously fake.
Its scam where they want you to make your first "good faith" payment on a green dot card before they give you a loan.

A Max Martin or Mark Martin called from this number, it's a scam wanting you to put a good faith payment on a prepaid card so that they can process your loan. If you do it, then they will ask you to add more money to cover the maintenance fees of the card, insurance for the loan, and then "tax" money so that the FTC will release your social or the PIN so that you can access the money. Please don't call for this

I keep getting calls from this number. Also beware of 843-242-1397. They try to get you to purchase vanilla reload cards.. Im embarrased to say but they got 1000.00 out of me and also a company associated with them wrote checks on my account and got 100.00 from my account. My bank is investigating the situation. Hopefully these theives will be exposed and people will get their money back. This really making  me sick. The names are: Eric Matthews, Paul White and some man who said he was with the federal trade commission. He gave me his badge number. Hopefully they will get caught...

I also keep getting phone calls from this number.  They keep asking for a man I have never heard of.  They call sometimes 4 times a day.  I have asked them several times to take my number off of their list.  They have told me that they will take it off and then about 1 hour later I get another phone call.  This last time he called he asked who was home and then proceeded to make sexual comments at which time I hung up.  He called back immediately, but I did not answer.  This number now has a certain ring tone and I will not be answering ever again.  I hope noone falls for their loan scam!!!

This jerk calls my phone says he is from United Loans which I have never applied for but he insists I have and keeps blowing my phone up do not fall for this scam. The same person has called claiming to be from Capitol One Bank phone number 201-203-0420.

Hi, please do NOT call this number back, this is one number of many with this fake green dot card SCAM!  These folks are the lowest of lowlife ever!  Please do NOT call back and if unsure of number callin', do NOT answer.  They called our BB device twice today, 15JUL14 already.  No caller ID or VM message left.  They don't get the hint U do not want to talk to them, they keep callin'!  Annoyin' they are and take care, PLEASE be on the lookout for these lowlives!

Total scam.  Approved for a loan and then they'll ask your for money upfront.  I start "toying" with them and asking questions and being a smart a$$ and then the caller starts swearing and calling me a "mother F'in Beetch".
