Thinking Aloud was OK to query, a bit like I am asking, why would you include a link to something that is a scam?  Your posts without the link,without the number to text, would be OK.  You don't need the link or the text number to ID the scam.

Too many down in the Wiregrass, looking for work, will fall for what you and I see is a bogus offer.  A tough job market clouds judgments.  imho, a link to a bogus site is dangerous.  It is way to easy for people to get trapped in.  I will make a note to Admin and let them decide.

"No, just quoting from one of their CL ads."  With no explanation?  You think people that come here would immediately figure out that "you were just quoting them" or do you think they might believe that you are endorsing them?  You should at least try to make your posts look like something other than a spam ad.  Ot is it too much trouble to string together that many words into coherent sentences?

Apologies for the previous post...if I could, I'd remove it.   It was not my intent to give the scammer any aid.  Will be more cautious in the future.

This is known as the Personal Assistant/advance-fee scam and of course is a 100% scam....Example Though advance-fee job-scam offers usually claim to involve some type of financial job, that isn't always the case. Suzanne in Hawaii, who applied for a housecleaning job that turned out to be an advance-fee scam: the scammer mailed her a check for $3,000, allegedly to buy cleaning supplies, but Suzanne learned that check was no good.
