This is a fake Fraudulant company! They called stating they were the Fraud and Worthless Checks division and told me "goodluck"!! They try to scare you into giving out more info!!

this is the same number that called me today for my husband and at first she tried to give me a name that I didnt catch but then she gave me a name megan schwartz and she has also called another time from the number 210-957-8788 so I have already called the police once about them after the first call and they said its a scam too.They wanted us to send them money and I said there was no way they were getting money from me or my husband and I told them to stop calling. They called the second time now from the 512-861-0831 number It is all a bunch of bull!!!

I called the FBI about this lady and the different numbers and they told me since the lady is calling my cellphone that all I can do is change my number this is bull!! these people are calling from austin texas from different numbers every time.

My sick father got a phone call from this same lady, Megan Schwartz and told him that I have a federal offense against me!! Then she got my home number!! She called me at home and told me she had me on camera writing a check. She had my social security number!! She said I had 1 hour to pay 600 or else I would be sued for 3000! I hung up and called a really AWESOME attorney and he called her!! She HUNG UP on him, she told him first she was with "The Law Group". My attorney thinks its a huge scam and was laughing so hard when he called me, but asked me to call her back and fax any documents to his office. I called her back and she SCREAMED at me, she wouldn't take my attorneys contact number or fax and tried to get my email address!!! Then she Screamed, "Since you all think this is a big joke I will move ahead in a different way, GOOD LUCK!" And her voicemail says "You have reached John Foster".... lol

Today: 16-feb-2012 @ 10:35am & again @ 10:38am, a woman named 'Melanie Collins' (fraud & worthless check division) called and left a message stating that there is a legal matter on her desk (she named my son) and "unfortunately, I am named as an affiliate" of this person. She demanded that I immediately return her call @ 512-861-0831 to clean up this matter.

Authorities will be notified of possible physhing / scamming / ID theft fraud.
