Called them back. Got a message saying this is a non working number at Citi.

why do these banks have the right to harass us by calling?

Why can banks use false phone numbers when they harass you. Citi Bank.

It seems Citibank has many numbers.  This is the 4th number I've noted as being Citi.  They call EVERY DAY but never leave a message.  The last call I received was last night at 8:06pm.

Citimortgage related, if you are late on your mortgage payment, collection call, BLOCK and move on.

crazy thing is that I am not late. Not late until the 15th.  They start calling on the 2nd, even if the 1st was a weekend.

Same thing here. Leave no messages. Not late either until after the 15th of the month.

Even though you're not technically late until the 15th or 16th of each month, they view you as late on the 2nd. This number has been calling me, leaving no messages and when you call back it says the number is disconnected. I even answered yesterday but they hung up. Not sure how this helps them get their money. I just ignore the number and hope it costs them a couple of bucks per call.

I have no idea who  this is- called but they left no message.  Some have said it's Citi Bank, which may be true... but I do NOT owe any mortgage, I own my home outright, free & clear... and I've never had an account with Citi Bank.

OneMain/Citi looking for money - they usually don't leave a message and you can't call them back as the number is not working.  The number they are calling is my old MagicJack number, which has been turned off for a year...  I can still log into Magic Jack and see the call logs.
When I have tried to contact at their listed numbers, they won't hear what I have to say - they over talk and yell.  I have provided them several times verbally and twice in writing the name and number of my bankruptcy lawyer, they still call.  I understand I owe them money and they want it, however, life has had some bad turns, my job eliminated over 100 people and I am working THREE part time jobs making 1/3 of what I did with my old, long term employer...  still run out of food every week for my daughter...  come on people, please understand that crap happens, listen when I call.  That is all I ask...  of course, I am not actually being bothered by these calls, because I have to log into my old account just to see their number(s) calling 10-20 times a day...  silly loan shark.

Use to call 8164204623 as citi. Blocked that number and now calling from this number. I guess because Citi now has Costco account and now I charge with that. Hardly use it so maybe that is why they call everyday 4 or 5 times a day.
