I keep getting calls from this number. This is a local call where I live. When I call back, the operator tells me she is a switchboard operator in a building with multiple businesses and I need to know which one called, but they never leave a message. Very frustrating. Probably some bill collector, but hwo knows.

i was called by this number twice today...  when i called it back, i was sent to a voice mail for a customer service department

It's Time Warner. Breaking those "do not call" rules.

Leaves no message but calls once a day.

As for me, this number was used to contact me about a mentor opportunity through Prospering.com. Must mean it's a number for a redirect service. It's like number masking. With number masking the number states something different than what is actually calling you. I work on Cisco phone systems daily and this feature is in house to where as an IT consultant, I can change a number on the fly to say anything "I want". It brings the power of the phone service to the business using a VOIP service. Great stuff. So this number probably isn't even owned by anyone that is calling you, because when I called it back it was a fast busy signal. Good luck and stay away from scams that want money from you.

I have received one call a day for three days straight from this number. When I finally called it back it said this number is unavailable at this time.
