    Kevin, the caller, asked for a voided check to be FAXed to them.  The message was left on my ATT Call Notes.

    "hello, this is Kevin. I represent Premium Finance Specialists. We have received a request to provide an auto-debt to your checking account for General Liability insurance thru Compass Insurance but need a copy of a voided check. Please call me at 800-444-8815 (but the Caller ID showed 899-8815) or FAX a voided check to 512-899-8822."
