I got a call from this number  today and I can't remember the persons name ! But I do know it was a white male and he asked if I could confirm the four digits of my social ! And at the time I was driving and could not fully understand what he was saying because of bad reception and the last thing he said to me was that I was in the process of having a case filed against me and that I should not be surprised if the Sheriff came to my job or my home to arrest me !  

This happened to me too, same number, same man. Mr. Avery. Said the exact same thing to me, threatening that if I did not pay that a uniformed officer would show up at my work. IT IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT give him any info!!! he had the last four of my social too. I was stupid enough to give him my bank info, but thank God I was advised to cancel it before anything went through. I received another threatening voicemail about a uniformed officer showing up at my work, so I called "mr. Avery" and he was so incredibly rude and unprofessional, and extremely threatening. He told me he couldn't wait till the police showed up at my work to embarrass me in front of everyone. DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MAN!!!

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!
