    Same.  Left a message saying there was a formal complaint against me and that if I didn't return the call it was going to be turned over to attorneys....

    I got a call from this number telling me that if I didn't verify the alpha information on file they were going to issue a felony warrant for my arrest, but they couldn't tell me anything else!!

    This is not a scam or fraudulent call. My wife received a phone call from the company while she was at work she refused to verify and cooperate with them and an hour later was arrested with no bond.  I called in to get information and discovered that they were actually trying to inform her of a pending charge against her and try to help her get out of it.  They wont be able to give anyone any information on the file without verifying information because of the laws stating that if they were to give out information to the wrong person the company can be prosecuted.

    BULL!!!  Bond = jail!!!   Double BULL on civil cases.  Nice try but that is NOT how it works in the USA!!.  AND you are NOT arrested an hour after a call.  Summons are NOT announced...  At least you are correct that it is illegal to discus matters with a third party.  The rest of your story has more holes than Swiss cheese.   SHILL ALERT!!

    OH - I must have missed the name & other information of this company as well as the court docket number, etc.  for your wife's "arrest".
