Regards fraud and if not taken of the case would sent to local court to be processed. Refer to himself as the director of operations of this company to use it as a scare tactic to get people to pay

My guess would be Credit karma.  They have a bad reputation and the security at their firm is so great that a 6 month old baby could hack it.

    Credit Karma
Note that there is no physical address on their web site.  They want you to input all your financial information.
Now for the even worse news.  The BBB gives them a C+ rating (downgraded from a B rating)with 333 complaints 17 negative reviews and a government action against them.  It seems these company was brought up on charges by the FTC for having lax security at their web site.  In other words, they could be hacked by a 1 year old.

Called me and asked about my sister, when I questioned call said she had a court appearance and she needed to call them and it was very serious. They told me that she gave my name as a contact, Mr Barnes was his name and he was excremely offensive rude and I fear it's a scam when I approach the conversation about speaking with a supervisor he hung up I called back left a message for him to place me on a Do Not Call list and he called me back again would never transfer me to a supervisor and hung up on me again

Called these azzholes back on another line ~ Mr Bond represents himself as a loan  servicer who would like to "help."  And yours truly, NOT being the gullible and stupid one he's probably accustomed to encountering but rather the informed and educated person I am, just played along with game until just the right moment when I politely and firmly told him to go perform an anatomically impossible feat upon himself.

SCAM-BEWARE-Called, left message saying that I needed to contact them regarding a pending legal claim and today was the last day to contact them before they took action.  Gave me a social ending in a number that was not mine; I did not call them back, but I'm sure they are wanting to get my real social security number for identity theft.
