Fake irs robocall telling you they have a lawsuit against you and to call. Ya! Right! Irs will only notify you by snail mail about issues, but if your concerned... go to the irs site and use that phone number, not this one, to make sure.

Forgot to mention... 512 is an Austin Texas area code!!!

Robot call saying they are the irs filing a lawsuit against me. The number is a Texas number and I am in Mass.

I got that same call today in Tennessee while at work. It's an automated IRS scammer. If it bothers you go to IRS.gov or get the REAL number from the website and check it out.

TO call a number within IRS for a lawsuit.  These scammers need to be stopped.

Call from 5129943402 recording saying they were the irs and that i was being sued and this was the last notification to call back.

Female computer synthesized voice in broken English saying the IRS is suing you.

Call was NOT from Texas. (Try India)

I received several calls from this number stating that the IRS had filed suit against me.
