I received a call from 513-202-6198 and Caller ID listed it as Harrison, Ohio.  I never pick up the phone on unrecognized calls and when answering machine kicked in, they waited for the beep and hung up.  I have not been able to find out anything except it is a landline number.  I cannot afford to pay the money to locate exactly who this is.  But guessing a telemarketer or scam artist.  Wish i could stop this.  About ready to pull plug on the telephone.  I have not gotten one phone call for myself in 3 months, so have no idea why I am paying $70 a month for a landline to have this kind of crap phone calls constantly from 7 a.m. to 9:45 p.m. 7 days a week.  Wish there was something that could be done about the unsolicited phone calls.

they left a message to lower my interest rate to as low at 1%. final notice - did not say what credit card - must be a SCAM to get my credit card #. Caller ID says Harrison OH.  I never answer numbers that I don't know.  How do we get these calls to stop?

I am soooo sick of these people (whom ever they are) calling me 7 days a week starting from 8 am all the way up to almost 10 pm at night. I do not answer calls I do not know. the only thing that comes up on my Caller ID is the phone number: 513-202-6198. I finally decided to block my cell number and call it back this evening. I got a voicemail from a lady apologizing if there were calls made from that number regarding a Credit Card Company. She stated on her voicemail she would like to know more about this so-called company, so I decided to leave my cell number to see if she calls me back. I left on the message that I had found some information regarding the company. Of course I do not or I would of stopped these calls a long time ago. It seems to me that the messages I get from this Company is a female and it sounds like the same person. I am going to call the number back and let this person know that I am going to file harrassment charges if the calls do not stop immediately!!!!! I will keep you posted on what I find out. Seems alot of people are being affected by this and it needs to STOP!!

I just posted that when I called the number it sounded like the same lady...I was wrong and I apologize to the lady that I just spoke with that OWNS the number we are getting the calls from. She s very nice and gave me information regarding this company - It is called " Card Holder Services" and they are based out of Florida - We ALL need to report them to the FCC, Credit Bureau, nd on and on so we can get this stopped. Alot of innocent people are going to get hurt by this SCAM.......TThis poor lady is getting like 70 calls or more a day and people are like wanting to do harm to her when she has nothing to do with it....LET'S ALL STICK TOGETHER AND GET THIS NO GOOD OF A SCAM COMPANY.......

Supposed to be a credit card call to lower interest rate, etc.  "Time is running out on this opportunity".  I called the caller ID number and got a message from a lady that her phone number had been taken over.  Called and reported to AT&T.  First told me that the number was a telemarketer and later that someone was probably using illegal equipment to circumvent the system.  AT&T told me that I could not block the calls since they were long distance but to report it on the internet and hope that a federal agency would start looking into this scam.  I hate to think how many people actually give a credit card number, et

the scammers never stop.  Get caller ID. It is the greatest addition to any phone.  Just do not answer and if all followed suit maybe just maybe the calls like above will stop. Such a different world anymore.

When they called me a few weeks before Christmas, I told them that I'd asked them to STOP calling & I'd like to speak to a supervisor. The man who came to the phone became very rude in his talking to me, telling me what he'd like to do to me with himself. I told him I was going to report him to the FCC. I don't use credit cards.

I just got a call from this (513-202-6198) number a few minutes ago - it's now 4:30 PM PST. Not recognizing the number on my Caller ID, I simply didn't answer. It's the very reason I have Caller ID - to screen incoming calls. And if the number is one I don't recognize, I don't answer. And everyone I know is aware of that fact...

Any call of this kind that relates to credit cards or credit card information is very likely a scam! I'll bet at some point they'll ask for your credit card number - never under any circumstances give that to them...
