I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I called back and the first thing they said was, "ok this call is being recorded"  I hung up immediately.  I believe it was Portfolio Recovery because they have called me from so many different numbers.  It appears to be a landline.

Same as above I called number as it keeps reoccuring on my cell
Samer thing it is a recorded womans voice stating this is a recorded teleconversation and goes on to say this is not a Blah Blah Blah Don't bother to waste your time Either block them or list a complaint I do not owe anyone so can't imagine it is a debt collector but must be telemarketer

Received several calls from this number, never left a message. Managed to answer today and it was a "Health Services" company saying they got information online about wanting Health Insurance. Both people were very rude and wanted a lot of information I was unwilling to give to get this quote that I didn't ask for from a company I've never heard of. Beware!
