Just received a call, she told me she wanted to give me an auto insurance quote, I asked, "do you have it figured out already?" she said, " I have only a few questions and I will be brief".  I questioned her asking her what Insurance Company she was calling from and she hung up.

Probably spoofed number. When answered an automated message came on say:
Thank you for holding all of our agents are busy. Please remain on the line....
I didn't call them they called me. In all likelihood, it's just another scam @ company calling to try and obtain your personal info so they can bilk you out of your hard earned dollars. BTW, never call them back. This gives the impression that you have a business relationship with them and they can continue to call you and pass any information they have onto their affiliates. Lastly, there are people offshore (mainly in Jamaica) who appear to have called from a local number. If you call them back on your cell, they will bill your carrier anywhere from $20-40.00 for the call you initiated.
