This number is part of an online scam.  Related to internet love scams.  
Internet love scams are not a new issue in Malaysia.  For the past few years, a lot of such scams were conducted by a Nigerian syndicate. I recently posted an ad on match.com and took it off after realizing my life was too busy to get involved.  Not soon enough however, as I was pursued by what seemed to be a nice man, whose profile disappeared as well, but who said he deleted his profile because he wanted to pursue our relationship without any further interruptions.  He wrote and said to email me at his yahoo email address.  All I did was email.  I am not a stupid person, when all of a sudden, he said he was flying off to Maylasia and would be back in a week.  He continued to email me everyday.  Then the emails started not to sound or be written by an American professional businessman.  They had typos and sounded as if they were written with an accent.  The funny one was when he said he lost his wallet on the airplane to Maylasia and had no food until the banks opened on Monday and asked me to wire him money so he could eat.  Come on folks, this is the modern world.  
You don't have a cell phone?  You flew to Maylasia to close a 1.2 million dollar deal and there is no one there who can help?  Your business partners won't help you?  You have two sons and you can't call or email them?  Can't call collect?  What a FREAK!  So I emailed him back to play along for a minute and Asked him to call me right away.  I got a call from this number above 513-233-7120 and could not understand the Nigerian / Maylasian mumbling voice at all on the other end so I hung up.    Scary stuff.
