Fraud!!!

state that i have been sent to court for something but doesn't say anyone's name.
just says to give them my lawyers' name for the case.

Straight up scam! Once I start questioning THEM, rep becomes irate and aggressive in her "collection" tactics. Was almost comical to listen to how unprofessional she suddenly got because I wasn't going to just roll over and accept her threats.

Scam. Some guy named Adam Clark tried to portray himself as a employment recruiter. Digging for income information and other personal details.

I did some deeper research. These scumbags are slick. They even have websites with false job postings, like you might see on a legit site like career builder.

Even have a Facebook page.

My best guess is they are a 3rd party bottom feeder debt collection company. Trying to collect on a debt that is past my states statue of limitations.

If they were legit you would get a letter in the mail stating what they want. Maybe even a certified letter. Also check your local sheriff office website and see if there has been a civil summons in your name........if your name is not on the list, then they absolutely don't have no papers for you.
