Calls several times a day, and hangs up when answered

Received calls and was not able to answer, but no messages were left, tried to call back and only got a busy signal.

I was getting numerous calls from this number and 513-639-2399. It would also disconnect as soon as I picked up so I called AT&T to had them add my number to their do not call list.

I get several calls from this number and no messages are ever left. I get tired of these people calling.

Same thing.  Phone rings, no message.  What is the deal with calling back and getting a busy sound?  Robocall?

send an e-mail to donotcall@mrsi.com in subject line put do not call request this is there system as they state since they are a research firm and not trying to sell you anything they are not subject to the National Do not call list .

I rec  calls from 513-338-1512 every day at different times . No one there and when I call back I always get a busy signal no matter what time I call even in the middle of the night.. Who are these idiots?.
