have had several calls from this number, didn't answer and they didn't leave message.

Received a call just now, called back and they claimed to be "MRI Associates"? Not sure what they do, but they had a different name under my phone number.

They keep calling and never leave a message n when I do answer they hang up.

Called and when I answered an automated message asked me to "Hold for an important message".  You called me.  Why should I hold?

Called me at 3 today. Called them back and got a robot. Pressed 2 to tell it that it called me then it told me it was calling me on behalf of Time Warner Cable and it used my name but it wanted to verify my identity with the last four of my social. I don't have Time Warner cable so I hung up. I don't think I have a debt to them so I don't know what it was about.

MRS Associates. Debt collectors. I don't owe a debt so I told them to frig off.

they call the same time everyday

When I redialed, they were an international number (011) was tacked on. I believe they mimic where you are from, so you will be more likely to answer.

011 is the international exit code for the US. That was just your phone being goofy.
