caller id says Middletown Ohio 513-342-2864 - when I answered he asked is "my first name - nickname version" there, for example "John" instead of "Jonathon". I said "can I ask who is calling", he said "this is Chris Beard... i can try back at another time" and hung up abruptly in a rude tone. I tried to call back and the message says "due to network difficulties your call cannot be completed at this time, please try your call again later."

well i got a call from that number too.. only i didnt get to answer it and i tried calling back and it said the same thing???????

I also got a phone call asking for my daughter - the phone is in her name.  He identified himself as Chris Beard and I offered to take a message.  He said he would call back later and hung up.  Yesterday I got a call - also asking for my daughter - from 877-202-5429 and I feel the calls are related.  Same M.O.

I got a call after midnight last night from 513-232-2864. I called back and nobody answered. It had a recording that the caller was not accepting blocked calls at this time, and to push star 82 and redial the number. Tried this twice today. But, when I called the number back last night the first time, my Husbands cell phone rang. This is really strange. Today later this evening I checked again, asked my Husband to try calling when he got home, and the numbers were gone from both of our cell phones. So, we're kinda creeped out now....

I received a call at 10:38 a.m. asking if I was B Grogan then the caller hung up abruptly without any warning. Tried to call back said the number was not available.  Really wierd...

We received a call from this number on several occasions and different times and days.  It is really frustrating. As with everyone else who has posted, it's the same thing with whoever is at the end of this number. I reported this number once.  It looks like we need to do it again!  Sure hope they can catch the person(s) behind the calling once and for all.

Got this call and the person asked for  a man....No man in my residence but they used my last name.  This is total soliciting.  Funny...we can send a man to the moon, but there is no way to stop phone call solicitation and this annoyance.  This person once again, "hung up abruptly.  I too tried to call the number back and it gave me that cannot call back bullcrap.!

I been getting a calls from 3422864 for the past few days and when I answer no one says anything what is this my husband stating to think I'm seeing someone behind his back and they hanging up so he don't know who is calling what is going on is this a joke

These people started calling me today. Three times now.... As I was typing that I get a call from a "private number." Guy said he was Glenn and was with The Inquirer. He was pretty creepy sounding. Said he noticed I used to be subscribed. I have never subscribed to The Inquirer. Now I'm not sure if these calls are related but I think it might be a scam. I'm not 100% on that but it's a really strange coincidence. When I call the 513 342 2864 number back I get a message telling me I don't have enough credit on my account to make this phone call.

This number called today asking for me using my informal name (shortened version of the name listed with my phone number).  I didn't catch the operator's name, but he was soliciting for something to do with supporting the Ohio Police, and said he was based out of Dublin, OH.  He wanted to send me a window sticker for the house and car to show our local police officers that we support them, and asked if the police could count on my one-time monetary donation.  I have a friend that is a police officer, I will have to ask him how much support that he gets from this organization.  As far as I knew, our tax dollars supported the police officers....

The operator WAS pleasant enough, I said we were having financial struggles right now (mostly true), and he thanked me and asked me to contributing to them next year.

I've gotten calls from this number before but was never home to answer. Well I answered today and I was guy also claiming to have some kind of police affiliation. But then hung up after I asked what the call was in regards to. Also I did a reverse look up on the number after I tried to call it back and it said that the number was not inservice. The reverse look up said that it is a VoIP number. Which stands for Voice over IP.
So from what I can tell its probably some lonely guy that preys on people for money.
