No response when I answered.

No response for me either, same asany times before. Maybe an auto dialer?

Same thing happened to me.  They called and when I answered there was nobody there.  I called the number back and was told it was Senex(sp?) Services and they were following up on a letter they sent to me at my address on 6/5.  They would not give me any additional information because I refused to give them my date of birth.  I asked what kind of company they were and she would not answer unless I gave her my date of birth.  They have been calling for several weeks.  The first couple of times I called back from my work phone number and they told me I was called in error.

Same as above. Looked up Senex from Terri's post. They are health care debt collectors. This number keeps dialing my work cell phone, always a recording to please hold !
I do not owe no one nothing. This is harassment at my work !  I wish there was something I can do to stop this.

They call here about every other day..The calls come in around 8am until 8:30am and then no more. This company uses many #'s such as 513-898-9256. Yea I owe dr bills. was off on disability and the hospital refused several times to put me on where I can make monthly payments.but yet send you to collections. Tuff luck..Quit calling at 8am. I WILL NEVER ANSWER. THE RINGER IS OFF .

senex also uses Time warners Name to get you to answer the phone,Debt collector.

call came in & I didn't answer,no voicemail was left.

Answered the phone..early evening..wouldn't confirm who they represented unless I gave them personal information..I refused..did tell me it was about something at address I lived at over 9 years ago...I said if they couldn't provide nature of call not to call me again.  They hung on me.

Calls me many times a day from 513-407-9720. I answered it once and it was silent on the other end. This morning the call was at 8:20, yesterday it was at 8:15. Quit robodialing me!! I have since blocked this number along with the other number they dial from(513-898-9256).

This number keeps calling me, when i answer there is no one there, I call them back and they wont tell me who they are or what they want until I give them personal info...ummmm I dont think so, I wasnt born yesterday, they were very rude and when i refuse to give them my information they hang up, EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Senex.  From some medical bills I believe when I has ulcer last year.  No problem with setting up payments but the way they operate (demand personal information) makes no sense.  Sounds like an identity theft operation especially how they hang up when questioned.  Not likely to be around long.

I don't owe for medical bills or any other for that matter.  I answered once to tell them I'm not the party they're looking for but they keep calling. Now, I just don't answer.

They cannot refuse a payment arrangement. If you are attempting to take responsibility of the bill in the form of payment arrangements and they refuse, then they just paid your bill in full for you. I didn't know until the same thing happened to me.
