I got A call from 513-442-0941 about fraud that i commit about a check that i was going to go to jail. And i needed a lawyer because it's a felony charge against me. Itold them what they where talking about.It was strange.

Scammer debt collectors. Some broad called and left a message for someone here posing as a "Lead Investigator" needing to do an interrogatory "to proceed with the case", and left a case number to call back about. Sure. Whatever. Don't give these fools any information.

Got a call and they say fraud charges against me for a WELLS FARGO account in Colorado. never had a WF account and second i dont live in COLORAO. SCAM!!! Never heard of these folks and dont care to deal with them anymore. I hung up on them and she called back telling me I better get a criminal attorney in Colorado and i said you dont listen do you? dont live in Colorado nor do i have a WF account. BIG SCAM!

Called the police in Aurora Co and the WF bank and they both confirmed that this lady is a scammer and there is no warrant out for my arrest and WF bank has nothing on me. so i called her back to let her know she is a fake and a scammer! got a recording, so she most likely will not call back-at least if she knows what is good for her.

This lady has left me several voicemails and today she started calling my Father & my Ex Husband's mother... How did she get these numbers?

SAM That is a good question. somehow they have hacked into something and why the wells fargo account from years back is beyond me. really strange how they scammers operate and wish someone would just shut them down. have not heard back from them so maybe I wont and since i did call them a scam, they know I am not going to put up with their crap.

Just received a call back from Catherine Jenkins again.  Telling me that I was having a warrent for my pick up.  Do these people realize that if they found our names through the internet that they cannot be checked out through the internet.  They must consider that they are the only ones that are smart enough for internet use.

My grandma received a call from these people stating that if I didnt return there call i would go to jail for a check that was consider fraud.Lame!!!!! How did they get her number who knows. Back in June they called as well to my husbands aunt house looking for me as well. Catherine is very rude and unprofessional to be a REAL FRAUD COLLECTOR. My question is why continue giving threats about sending the police over and do it already but its all a SCAM and there just waiting to see who will give them there info.

"Lee" First and foremost Jessica Gonzalez, I don't have to be professional to crooks like you. Once you learn to be silent and gather all the information then you wouldn't be confused. I did not threaten you, I asked a simple question as to getting your attorney information. Whomever contacted you before has nothing to do with my office. If in fact you did pay this check off, then you shouldn't have a problem producing the evidence needed to clear your name. You have yet to provide that evidence or your attorney name and number. So instead of accusing actual companies that work on behalf of financial institutions that people like you scam. Get your facts together and stop posting comments on the internet.

So they should shut up while you extort their money??? LOL.

Katherine, you're the one that needs your facts straight.  The burden of proof is on YOU, not these people you call and on whom you use bullying and scare tactics.  Fortunately for most of the country, we're on to you scumbags.

Again. If you read correctly, I didn't nor do want any money from any of the suspects that are here in my office. If it is in here it is way past collections. I do not accept any payments of any kind. So i am not the bad guy here. Please get your facts straight.

lol. That is very interesting. I don't have to use scare tactics. Facts are facts. You can get upset if you want to but I am still going to pursue criminals such as Ms. Gonzales. Also, I am not afraid to comment on subjects like these. Most scammers would be trying to convince you that they are not scams. I have nothing to prove. I provide my state investigator license to anyone who asks. All they have to do is ask for it

Yeah, just another shill. But "katherine" does have a point. She doesn't have to behave professionally. As a professional B.S. artist she has her pride and assumes that you will recognize that and accord her the respect that her exalted position desrves.

Actually, our financial records are still going strong. We don't depend crooks like you. We are a federally funded corporation. And your can take the quotes off my name because as I have stated before, I have nothing to hide. So Katherine is really my name. I do feel bad for you. Apparently you've either been harassed or scammed. If you want I can set you up with an attorney that specializes in collection fraud.

If anyone wants to ask me a legitimate question, you have my number. I will also have my secretary monitor this site for any questions. I will respond as soon as possible. But I see no matter what I say you are going to see it as I am out to get money from someone. All I can do is assure that I am not and continue to do my job.

Wow I just receiived a called yestersday from Katherine Jenkins saying the samething.
when I give her the wroug case number she called me someone else So I let
her talk she said that I wrote a bad check from Wells Fargo back in 2008 and
the place had me on video. And to see if I would like to take care of the matter
Now if not she going to turn my case over to the state and police for a warrant
out for my arrest and if I was on Public Assitance Program I my lose it wow
