calls twice a day 7 days a week. it only rings twice. not even enough time to pick up the phone and they never leave a message. if the leave a message its only the last part of the message

It is a collection agency.... General Revenue Corporation.  I am getting calls from them too about a student loan that was supposed to have been taken care of already.  Good luck!
