Complete Scam.  
It was a robo call stating that this was the last notice to reduce and consolidate my CC debt into one payment with a lower % rate.  
The robo call also said that they have notified me by mail of this as well.  No company name was ever given during the robo call.  At the end of the call it say press 1 and you will be transferred to some department to make the "change" to "your account"
I pressed 1 fulling knowing that this was not my bank or CC company.
Representative answered "So you wish to lower your %rate on you CC?"  I said "before we continue with this conversation I need to know what company your are with?"
I was immediately hung up on.

I told them I was not interested and to take me off calling list.  And they hung up.  It's an Ohio number.  I also received similar call from a New York number 2 days ago... saying they were from Card Member Services.  315-744-5518.

Telemarketer.  Can't remember what number to call to drop myself off their list, but I'm about to find it.

same thing here.  I keep getting these phone calls and they immediately hang up on me when I say my CC balance is zero and I want to be taken off the no call list.  Unable to call them back

they just called me and i dont have any credit card as soon as i asked why are they calling they hung up on me I tried to call back to share a few words but there was a busy signal.

This number called me with a recording about lowering my credit card interest rate.  I listened to the message and hit 1 to try to get more information.  The guy mumbled his name and I asked if I could get his name and phone number in case we got disconnected.  He sounded confused but gave me Andy as his name and hung up when I asked again for his number.  Reported him to the FCC.  I hate scammers and will do what I can to get them put out of business.  Called the local sheriff and phone company.  Neither said they would do anything with it.  Best thing to do is to hang up.

Oh well hope he goes to jail!!!!!!!!!

"missed call" on cellphone. didn't think "they" could get through if listed with do not call registery...but somehow they do....

no sense using my airtime to call them back to take off list...just deleted.

Same Situation. The Agent goofed off with his friends before answer the call, he mumbled what company he was from. Then I told him I want to be put on the do-not call list then he put me on hold without telling me he was putting me on hold and left me on hold and never returned. I tried calling back it was unsuccessful. Apparently if it were a real company they would say their name when they answer the phone and also make the company clear. There is no way to get in touch with them when you call it gives you a busy signal.

Have had a few calls from this #, I refused to answer. I wonder if I answer they'll stop calling?

Get me off this list.

I just got the same called my by answered it cause I don't answer numbers o don't know either .and when they got on the line something about lower my credit card debt .and blah and push 1 to speak to someone so he did and nothing .I called the back n it's say the peson with this number doesn't have a voicemail signed up like when u call someones cellphone .i say that's a scam!!!!I'm from Illinois I just googled that number

Mike, above stated verbatim what happened to us, including the hang-up.  They've called the past 3 nights at 7 PM on my cell.  This is the first night I "pressed 1".  Told her we don't have any credit card debt and never carry a balance on it, and "click", that was the end of her call.

The name of the company is Trinity Credit out of Cincinnati, OH.  Guaranteed these are the people who are calling from 513-633-6377.

I recieved a call from this number around 8pm. The other number on my family plan recieved a call from this number right after. I have recieved a total of 4 spam calls today 2 unavailable 1 from Education Plus (888-253-9620) and then this one. I wonder if my cell phone company is selling my information.

It appears that this phone number is a scam.  I pressed "1" after the robo-call ended and it connected me with a woman named Lauren.  She asked if I wanted to lower my credit card debt, I said no.  She hung up.  Scam?  Yes

I just got the same phone call. I ignored.

I have been receiving calls from this number.  It is an ATT wireless number out of Ohio.  Trinity Debt Management claims this is not their number.  I am contacting ATT executive office to figure out who the hell is calling me 4-6 times per day.  When they connect me and I ask who is calling me they hang up.

Not only is this company going to receive a complaint to the FCC, I will make a complaint to the regulatory agency that overseas this debt management company.

It is a credit card scam, allegedly to save you $$$ by lowering your bill.  Nobody ever answers, so I'm not sure why they call.
