Scammer spoofing cell or telephone number.  Did not answer and there was no message.  Number has been block.

I blocked it, but I guess all these [***] are learning to spoof Caller ID numbers these days, as the scumbags got through to leave another answering machine message even after I had blocked them.

I never answer calls from numbers I don't know, but this number is one persistent SOB. Makes a pretty convincing case to just have the phone taken out so I can get some peace.

Continuous calls daily.  Answered but noone on the line.  Let machine pick up and they don't leave a message.  I have small children at home and this is irritating.

Is there anything that can be done about these a**holes?  This number shows up on my Caller ID and I blocked it days ago...but nothing stops them from repeatedly calling me and getting through the block (as it's obviously a spoofed number).  Is there anything one can do in this case?

This number called 3 times today and at least once a day earlier in the week.

I just filed my do not call compliant with the Federal government. They call between 11am and 2pm, then again 4pm to 8pm every day, twice a day.  I called the number back and received a recording to get on their do not call list.  Allow 48 hours for this to work

Repeated robo calls with no messages.  Used Google Voice to block this number and their spoof sister numbers.  Finally, peace and quiet.  Thanks Google!

We have called the number and asked to be removed no fewer than a dozen times and they keep calling back.

They keep calling at least twice a day.  This has been going on for about a month. My husband answered the phone once and it was a recording for you to press 5 to connect.  I wouldn't buy anything from these people if they were the last ones on earth.  You would think that if they haven't gotten me to call or connect by now, they would give up. But no. :((

The problem is they can keep calling because once they get things set up to spoof the number sent to Caller ID, it costs them nearly nothing to keep calling with their recorded call telling you to press 0 or whatever.

The only time they ever spend any time is with people who press 0, and I don't recommend you do that because they might have something set up to bill you, or switch you to their long distance company or something-- called "slamming"-- just for pressing 0 (Probably not; it's almost certain they're scamming/phishing for credit card info, but why take a chance?).  So it doesn't cost them to keep calling you and me and annoying us.  I think they actually enjoy putting harassing people who won't play their game.

People have posted, not about this number but others like it, that if they ask them to stop calling they're told, "We'll call you as much as we want!" or something.  If they express anger at the callers, they just hang up.  Some people manage to pretend to go along with companies' phishing and waste their time with phony credit card info and the like.  I guess if you have the patience to do that, people have posted that if you waste their time a few times they'll stop calling you.

But dammit, why do we have to put up with this crap?  We need the government-- state, federal, whatever it is-- to enforce the damn laws against spoofing Caller ID's (If they have to send their real number, we can block it).  But how do we make that happen?

Apparently they get paid per call since they call every single day and sometimes several times a day. I hate them and think they should be pilloried in the town square. I don't answer and I do report them to the various agencies but they either change numbers or will just call again from this same number.
