Company is Genpact Services, a collection agency.

number is calling me 5-6 times a day and never leaves a message. Number that is calling is 513-698-2433.

getting calls from this number up to 5 times a day. I answer phone and no response. I've started pushing buttons which seems to be effective, and they hang up.

I would like for Genpact Services (513) 698-2433 to stop calling me five to six times a day.  It is annoying, harassing and against federal law to do so.

This company is calling even on Sunday which is against the law. Just called 2 times in a roll never leave a message very harassing!

They call at least 5 times a day and even on the weekends. I am about to change my number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They call 5 -6-7-8 times everyday, even on Sunday.  They have called as late as 9:30 at night and before 7 in the morning.  I would really like to call these people at their homes continuously. I would start before they get out of bed and not stop until after they go to bed at night.  Really annoying!  I would like to know what the laws actually are about how many times and when they are allowed to call you.

It is illegal for them to call before 8am and after 9 pm

Do not call anymore. Harrassmeni by you calling 7 or more tmes daily, 7days a week will not get results. Have you, whoever you are, given any thought to using the mail?  I am on very low-poverty level & receive very little financial help. My husband has alzheimers, in nursing home! I receive Judy my SS, less than $800 per month.  Do not call either of numbers for me.

Am getting tired of these annoying calls.  They start calling me at 6:30 AM and continue until after 10 PM.  I don't answer the calls since I dont know who they are, but they have my phone ringing constantly all day EVERY day.  STOP CALLING ME!

I don't know who it is for sure only that they call almost every hour on the hour and they never leave a message.  I don't answer calls on my cell phone unless a message is left or I know who it is!

This number calls 5-8 times a days and before 7:00am on Sunday's and after 10:00pm the rest of the week. This is illegal in this country. Calls are suppose to start after 7:00am and end at 9:00pm. Time for a class action suit?? If it is a bill collector why dont they leave a message or say Hello when we answer?? Think about that???

Creditors are allowed to call in an attempt to collect a debt 7 days a week, between the hours of 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM local time.  If they are calling you earlier than 8:00 AM, or past 9:00 PM you have a valid complaint.  But if you are trying to avoid them (like me), you may not want to contact them to complain about their collection methods.

Gen Pac Services called me, I called them back.  They answered "Gen Pac Services, how can we help you" and then nothing....nobody!  I think the calls are animated!
