Same thing happened to me.

Same thing happened to me and when I try to call the number back, it's busy. They also called from 513-699-2098 and 513-699-2138.

This is an overseas call center, if oyu hand up on them or ask them to put you on the donot call list they start harrassing you. The same guy calls my work 6-10 times a day to harrass me and call me names until I buy from him!!

If there anything we can do about overseas call centers?

Left a message. A foreign-sounding man obviously in a call center (lots of background noise) said "The following recorded message is for" and then gave a name that wasn't ours. The recorded message said this was not a telemarketing call, and asked me to contact Publisher's Clearing House at an 800 number. We haven't had any dealings with PCH, and they had the wrong name anyway, so I'm pretty confident I didn't just pass up a giant check for a million dollars.

Called my house at 3:05 a.m. no message, tried to call back, number was busy for hours. Ridiculous that they called in the middle of the night.

This phone number has started calling my house about a week ago.  I do not pick up phone #'s I don't know.  After seeing your posts I am glad I am not picking up.  They have called approximately 4 times in the last week or so.

This number 1 513 699 2138 started today and right after the other started minutes later.
This place calls and they have broken English with lots of background noise like a call center.
I did call back to a rapid busy signal for hours. I also started getting calls just a few minures after this from 1 876 297 4158 which is a number in Jamaca. I think they must be intertwined as a scam. I will not answer these calls because I am nervous they might try to slam me.
Beware this isn't a good call from either number.

number called me today. when I picked up, no one said a word. dead quiet on the other end.

Keep getting calls from 513-699-2098, they do not leave messages if I do not answer, but if I answer there is always a foreign speaking person with alot of back ground noice, stating that I owe money from something I filed bankruptcy on almost 10 years ago.  I have heard of SCAMS like this, when somehow these over seas people get your personal information and try to scam you out of money.  Some how they obtain a US number even though they are actually in another country.  I would very much appreciate if you would DO SOMETHING about these TERRIBLE people.  Again the number is 513-699-2098, there is no record of any business under this number, I already checked that.

Just received a call from this number. I answered and said "hello" with nothing but silence on the other side. Then a "BEEP" and it hung up.  It appears they are at it still.

This number just called my company, and she was a foreign lady. Saying she was from the yellowpages; and she was going to send us a bill for $499.99. I could definitly tell she was a SCAMMER. I hung up on her after arguing with her for a few minutes; and she called back! She is a crazy lady. I tried to call the number back & it just gave me a busy signal.

I received a call from this number today at 3:06 p.m.  Since I did not answer, the call went to my voice mail where a man named John Galloway, obviously not realizing the call was being recorded, proceeded to use every curse word I've ever heard talking to someone, I assume, in the same office.  He used the F word, S-h-i_, b_itches, said his name several times and kept talking to someone by the name of Shay (spelling).  I have no idea who this is, but you can best bet I am keeping the recording.  I just finished filing a complaint with my state's attorney general.

Same number.  An Indian told me that "a server in my area" showed that my PC had a virus.  He said that he was from MicroTech.  I laughed and hung up.

Ok - so "PEGGY" just called me from this number tellling me my computer was sending critical error messages to the Windows support center - REALLY?  First of all slow down if you can't speak a lick of English - give me a minute to decipher the [***] your saying..... lots of backround noise as mentioned before and he/she kept asking me if I could hear them. When I asked for a number to call them back - mysteriously the line went dead....  I hate stupid people!!!

I will be sure to have my whistle ready the next time this number shows up!!!  IDIOTS!!!

This guy called me (he was black) I am not racists, but you could tell, and told me he was the manager for Popular Science. I told him that I was on the do not call list, but he kept calling back. I told him to F-Off and hung up on him. He called me back and left a message for me to do the same. If any one knows who this little worm, non-educated ass is, please let me know, I would love to meet him in person.......
