A woman asked to speak with my wife. when I asked who it was she said "Titan Management". I asked what it was for and she said "an important business matter".

Repeated calls - 5 times a day

Ask to speak to our son who does not live here about an important business matter.

Frequent calls for daughter, who does not live with us, over a matter that was resolved months ago.  Caller threatens to call everyday until we give them daughter's phone number.  Caller is very intimidating and harrassing.

Frequent calls for daughter, who does not live with us, over a matter that is being addressed.  My daughter does not have a phone number that other than her cell phone which I refuse to supple. Caller is downright nasty and abusive in tone and calls everyday,  in addition to being - or TRYING to be intimidating.  Also - never leave any voicemail or says who he is represnting.

Today - another call was left on my voicemail an when I called back, I was ready for them. FIRST thing I said - was to ask WHO I was speaking with and what company - answer was Titan services. I said I did - not recognize that company - they said they were financial services company, contracted to call for lending institutions. She then *seeing my number on caller id* asked if my daughter was there. I AGAIN - told them - I had a conversation with another one of the people on the 12th and was repeating exactly what I told them:
My daughter no longer lived with me
The only number I had was her cell phone - and I would NOT provide that
My number was on the do not call regsiry - and each time they used predictive dialing - they were breaking the law, worth as much as $500 for every occurence that I could prove

She agreed to remove my number, and said that they would not call back.

We'll see how it goes from there ....

I've received repeated calls/voicemails from "Titan Management Services" over the last few weeks.  I didn't know who (or what) was calling me until I called back (since they didn't leave any info other than the number and the rather cryptic statement that it was about "an important personal business matter").  It turns out they were not trying to reach me - they were looking for someone named Nelson.  I explained that I was not him, that they had the wrong number and that this had been my number for over four years (maybe Nelson had it before me?).  They said they would take my number "out of the system" and that the calls will cease.  If they continue, I'll post here :)

just so you all know titan is a collections agency and according to the fdcpa if the number they call belongs or did belong (i.e. child moved out) they can continue to call, also they are not a part of the do not call list... learn your laws

For all the people being called by these collection lowlifes, go to www.budhibbs.com where you'll find a cease-and-desist letter that can be sent, certified and return receipt requested, to these idiots.  If they continue to call, knowing full well that they're calling a party that owes them nothing, they can be sued for every violation.  Forget the BS planted here by trolls like abc and jb - they're doubtless in the pay of the collectors.  YOU HAVE RIGHTS and sleazebags like Titan are no respecters of rights unless they're threatened with retaliation.  THEY CAN ONLY CONTACT THE DEBTOR, and then, ONLY IF THEY CAN PROVIDE PROOF THAT THE DEBT IS VALID.  They cannot continue to harass neighbors, relatives or people unfortunate enough to inherit their phone number from a debtor.  Send the letter and hold these jerks to the letter of the law.  They were after me for a debt owed by some distant relative and once I sent the letter, communications ceased.  MAKE IT CLEAR that you don't want to be contacted unless they have proof of YOUR debt (which they don't) or are going to take legal action (which they won't - they're hacks).  That should solve your problem.  Good luck.

Received an voice mail on the Friday before Memorial Day from a man who did not identify himself from Titan Services: a company I do not know. The voice message several calls had been left for me and that my prompt response to the call would be taken into consideration when handling my case. I paid my bills before the holiday, so I know I do not have any outstanding debt. I immediately googled them and got this site. I will be sure to report them to the appropriate officials as soon a I get the opportunity.

We received a call from Titan Recovery,1-513-754-9600 { this information from our phone ID]. The caller said that we owed a debt to a company that we had never done business with. He asked for social security number and birth date. He said that they would sue us if we did not give the information and pay the debt immediately. we told him there was no way we would give this information over the phone, and to send us a letter outlining their complaint and proof that we owed the debt. Again he said that they would proceed with a lawsuit against us. We told him to go ahead because we knew that we did not owe the supposed debt.

recieved a call today from a man with an attitude problem. yeah, i had to curse him out, after i hung up in his face he kept calling back to back. we went at it for about 10 minutes, right before he got the picture.

The person sounded threatning and yes, with an attitude problem. Being mean won't resolve anything and surely won't make me rob someone to get the money to pay them.

Titan Management folks are relentless!! WHEN they get me on the phone, that same rude guy threatens to garnish my paycheck and when i tell them i refuse to pay what they're asking for and have continued paying what i owe to the original creditor, they get indignant tell me to stop paying them right away!! The original creditor accepts it and is in contact with Titan. I will not pay they're rude *ss*s a dime!
