Flower power - 4 Apr 2008I've gotten 2 calls a day for the last 5 days. Finally answered the phone and they denied calling that many times. They are the Ohio Police Fundraiser Dept and won't talk to anyone but the person they are calling for. Usually the one who the phone number is under in the phone book.

Jean - 5 May 2008I just got a call from them too (513-759-8824) HOW RUDE!!! some red neck sounding voice asked for my husband and slammed the phone down when I said he wasn't home. No thank you..no goodbye...nothing. unbelievable.

I'll run this through a different database, maybe pay them a personal visit, you know, just takin out the trash.
UPDATE, it is a Verizon cell phone, the goof's in Cincinnatti.

pbdd - 8 Aug 2007received several calls from this number and am REALLY tired of it. found this web site and am sorry I am not the only one receiving the calls. asl usual, whomever hung up as soon as I answered. REALLY hope they are not scoping, they will be the one in for a surprise.

Angi - 11 Aug 2007i got a call from 513-759-8824. they said they were the montgomery county sherriff's office looking for donations for the D.A.R.E. program. i told them they could send me info and i would look at it. when he asked me to guarantee an amount, i said, "i am not telling the police i'm sending something and not doing it," and the guy hung up. appears to be a scam to me!
