Don't know who they are. Won't say anything when I answer.

Said there were Time Warner Cable and wanted to get me a new package. Kept asking me questions about my account. Highly suspicious.

Get the same call no message calls several times a week!

Have been receiving calls from this number several times a week.  No one answers and caller never leaves a message or identifies self.

They called my mom saying. They could pay. My bill they said. They were the cable company

Got several calls from this number. do not leave any messages. It is very annoying

It's time warner cable's outbound telemarketing department, they won't leave a message and will continue to auto call from the dialer until you ask to have your phone number removed

Getting these calls myself now.....

Called and said it was Time Warner Cable, asked me who I have as a cable provider (I only have my internet through Time Warner), then continued to ask me a few of questions regarding my viewing habits and internet uses, which I humored. He didn't try to get me to upgrade to anything. Not even once. Didn't even mention anything about any Time Warner packages or products except at the very end of the conversation... I find that a little bit odd. Start the end of the call he told me to call Time Warner's 800 number to talk about packages, which was the only mention of upgrading, and he didn't even wait for me to respond before promptly hanging up the phone.

Stop calling my number. If I want to change my service plan with your company, I'll let time Warner know. STOP CALLING.
