No message left, I'll never answer a number I don't know so leave a message or quit calling.  Most likely Debt collection since they're the only ones that don't leave messages.

It's Time Warner Cable

It's timewarner wanting to know when to stop by to fix my internet problems.

Keep getting these calls now for months from this number STOP STOP CALLING!!!!

Get calls from this number 2-3 times a day for the last week or so. I don't pick up the phone but I think it is Time Warner. They did this before and then quit for a while. I am a Time Warner customer but not for much longer.

Im on the "No-call list".  COOL IT with the phone calls. I have no debt, so you have no business calling me! If it's really that important, LEAVE A MESSAGE!

I Keep Getting Calls From This Number. I Don't recognize this number. It's Starting to be Very Annoying.
I Never answer my phone. they called 3 times today & Many times the last few days.

They say they are with Time warner, not sure now they call way too often, 3-4 times in one day. If someone finds out..please post answer..

I pick up the call but say nothing.  They say nothing and the call disconnects within ten seconds.  The last time they called, I gave them a very loud, very ear-piercing whistle.  I hope they enjoyed that as much I enjoy being called repeatedly.

Been getting calls repeatedly from this number for the past couple of weeks, multiple times a day. They always leave messages that are simply a few seconds of silence, sometimes with a bit of static. It's extremely irritating. I don't answer unknown numbers.

I keep getting phone calls from this number.  They don't leave a message if I don't answer and if I do there is only silence.  I get probably 10 calls from this number a week.  It's so annoying.

Person says their are Time Warner, and used aggressive techniques to set an appointment or get you to agree to a new deal.  Asked me if I was at home on Saturdays, is morning or evening better (appointment setting techniques) He said enough lingo as if he was trying to pass off our conversation as an agreement to something.  I called my local Time Warner to make sure I had no new appointments, but am expecting to see a sales person knock on my door on a future Saturday. ALSO, called back number, very suspicious that this is even a legitimate company since it puts you on wait, then eventually says "Good-bye" DO NOT PICK UP!!!!
