Called several times within an hour and left no message.

Time Warner Cable is name on the phone number.

This is a telemarketing component of Insight Cable, a unit of Time Warner Cable.

Called twice yesterday.  Both times when I answered the phone, no one was on the line.  I tried to call back, only to be put on hold waiting for the next customer service representative.  After about 4 minutes, I gave up.  I am an Insight customer, but have no interest in their other services.  This number is now sent directly to voicemail.

It is Time Warner Cable now that they took over Insight for the Lexington KY area.

Tired of getting calls from this number - almost daily.

Time Warner Corp. cold-calling.
They hit me last week with 'deals' they couldn't even really 'offer' quite yet, due to their recent acquisition of our local ISP, Insight.
30 minutes on the phone, with their rep selling the hell out of their 'product', only to be put on hold at the last 5 minutes one more time, then hear this [***]:
"Sir, I'm sorry, I've been told by my supervisor that we currently do not have any promotions in place for your region."
I'm on the national no-call list--add my 'local' ISP to the long list of people who don't give a [***] as to what the hell that even MEANS, much less respect it. (more emphasis on the disrespectful part).
At least I now have an early indicator that I should be madly looking around for TWC alternatives, even though currently there ARE NONE in my area, due to political collusion that laid the groundwork for our decades-old monopoly in the first place.

I get calls every day, twice a day for a month now.  I ignore the call every time. No voice mail is ever left by the caller.

The owner of the autodialer which is making these calls is a company called Phone Ware, Inc. I've been told that this connects to the Time Warner Promotions Department, but, I've never been actually connected to anyone. I just get hung up on. This has been going on 3 or 4 times a day throughout the month of July 2013.

The main phone number to contact Phone Ware, Inc is 1-858-530-8550.

Please call them (you'll have to leave a message) and request a written copy of the company's Do Not Call policy. They are required to send you this BY LAW. You can also ask them to put you on their company's internal Do Not Call list. They cite 30 days to get you on this list. If you ask me, that's baloney. Request that you be put on the list immediately. And ask for that do not call policy in writing!

They have quite the amusing little directory, as well. I recommend that you play around with it a little bit. Don't be mean or threatening, now - that's their job, not yours. Your job is to exercise your rights under the law, which is on your side!

I've gotten 3-4 calls from this number EVERY DAY in July. Today it was at the following times:
1:10 - lunch
5:52 - after work
7:31 - dinner time
8:51 - bed time

I'm appalled at the indiscretion the company uses to get ahold of their TWC customers. Progressively I get more a d more calls. It started out as one, then two... Now they're up to four. Ugh.

Same experience as the above comment, 4 to 6 calls a day (even 4 am 6am), these idiots need to be stopped. I'm about to bring in the A.G. on this one, I'm sick of it! I'm on every no call list...

I am so sick of these morans calling me 3 to 4 times a day on my cell phone!  Time Warner should be held accountable for this and fix it!

This is a telemarketing call from Time Warner cable.  I usually do not answer and today I decided to, so that I could give them a piece of my mind, also hoping to offend someone all to not get any more calls.  Not working!  I have them on speaker and after an hour of being on hold - that's right - they called me and then put me on hold, automated voice said 'goodbye' and hung up on me.  Never ever ever will I get Cable!  How can they treat a non-customer like that?!  

This number calls at least twice a day, neer leaves a message and when I answer, there is no one on the line. The caller ID says its Michael Means, so I am surprised to see from the above posts it is Time Warner. I already have Time Warner, do not live in the CIncinnati area (the area code) and just got my landline about a month ago. Idiots. I always tell people who are sales cold-callers to take my number off their lists immediately, but these people just don't give a damn, I guess.
