I received several texts from this number including repeated "Hey," a perverted text about rating the opposite sex, and "Hey sexy." I texted the person asking to stop texting me and got the reply, "Shut up B.  I wouldn't mind except i don't have a texting plan so every text I send or receive bills me extra money.
