- jb8it's most likely HSBC... autofinance for me. I had inquired about getting a new vehicle and having that loan paid out and they have called me NONstop at work and on my cell phone - literally nonstop from about three different numbers!

- Tanguay00Caller is from HSBC, but as others have said they are not helpful.
Have been dealing with them for months(son's account)

Getting really tired of all of this.
They call every hour or so.

- MTLbunch of losers
- fat gutthey didn't even want my work number when they called for me here to my unit
so desperate too- like sometimes it's a man sometimes it's a woman- but they don't have a clear purpose as to why they're calling. Why wouldn't I close my account if I paid it in full? I closed it when I paid in full!!!
Over a year ago...I closed my account with them. Is it all these people who are being laid off due to the economic recession? I think so.- Caller: HSCB
- Call type: Debt collector
- SueThis number has called me twice today - they just hang up.
- Sue replies to Ed| 2 repliesI can confirm that it is HSBC credit card services.
- VanThis is definitely HSBC credit card service and they also call from 888-902-4722. I made a payment and when the balance was due they called non-stop at my work # and personal # - they started on a Saturday and called every hour on the hour even after I had made the payment and told them this twice they still hounded me with calls every hour.
Harassment is the word and the way these people deal with customers so this will be the first card I pay off, cut up and never deal with HSBC credit card service AGAIN.- Caller: HSBC credit card
- Call type: Debt collector
- MariaThey keep on phoning 6 times a day. If you try to phone back it will be a recorded music. it is very annoying.
- VicGot a call from them today, after I payed off my HSBC CC in full on time. I seem to consistently get calls from them every month after a payment is made on the CC. Most of the time they just hang up. I am done with HSBC I think they are a terrible company (mostly after reading what I have seen here) and I think I will follow Van's suggestion to get rid of them all together (after I cash in all my reward points that is LOL)
- Caller: HSBC
