Pivatol Payments is a Merchant processor in Quebec. If you applied for an account with them this is the number they call you back on to tell you if you got it or not.

They have been leaving blank messages in my mailbox. Called them back and their customer service person claimed they do not call me (without even asking for my number) and very much wanted to know my name and my company. Hope they get fined for harassment and false advertising. Read RipOffReport and think twice before getting into any contracts with them.

I have been getting calls from this company for over a year now.
Every single day at the same time, my phone rings with that number..  and every single time, it's just nothing but silence.

I have phoned that number DOZENS of times now and demanded that they take me off their calling list.  Every single time, I'm told 'OH, I'll forward that to our sales department to remove your number'.  

But they never do.  As a matter of fact, my phone just rang again *(pushing me to search for answers on google to find a way to stop this madness*) even though I just phoned them last week to ask them to STOP calling me..

Was very polite at first, talked about the weather, would not tell me what they wanted.  When I told them I was busy they hung up!

This Company is out of Canada it is Pivatol they are a third party credit card processor. They won't leave you alone. Even after the account has been closed they continue to try and collect money that they are not entitled to.

Angela from Charge National calling about our debit/credit card POS machines. Told her we don't have any and don't want any so it didn't take long to get her off the phone.

I have gotten 3 calls in a ROW from this number.

Next time, I'll know exactly what to say when they call. "F-Off".

The message was about the same as another one I saw here:

They're trying to squeeze $600 out of us! It ain't gonna happen!!!

I just got a call from this number this morning - at 6:28AM!  Got up from a wonderful four hours' sleep, looked at the number and turned off my phone.  Unfortunately, I couldn't get back to sleep!!  So,I stayed up and worked on my computer.  Anyway, a number of you have said they just keep calling, despite your telling them to go "jump off a bridge".  A suggestion.  Look up the number of the office at your phone company that handles harassment/nuisance calls.  Next time they phone, immediately call that number.  It may be a star (*) plus a two- or three-digit number.  It'll probably be serviced by a computer, too, but you'll be turning the number of your last caller over to harassment investigators.  Perhaps - just maybe - they may have their phone service discontinued or, if there's enough complaints - a charge in court!  Again, just a thot.

This company employees are [***]. They don't stop calling us. They even threaten my family if I am not home and tell them that they will keep us calling no matter what. Is this freedom in Canada ? These guys must be punished by legal system for harassing people for no reason.

Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer and the message was from a really squeaky [***] neck. Just said call him back and tried to sound really friendly... Left some 800 number. I might start calling them every time I have to fart really loud.

Pivotal payments have been calling me non stop this month. They claim I have an account that needs to be updated and even once asked for my credit card. Each time I've demanded they stop calling me and to remove me from there list as I don't have business with them. In the last 3 days I've gotten 13 calls from them. After this I'm pressing charges as I already told them I would.

Pivotal sent me a new debit machine via courier and the driver said I had to accept the package because it said so on the box (no return). I told her that this was Canada and I don't have to accept anything and I then asked her to leave. As I found out this is a ploy where your signature is a acceptance of the new machine and they charge $800 t0 $1200 and class it as a new contract. I suggest you change your bank account and your debit company if they try to do this to you.

Thank you, Pivotal Payments, for calling us and then putting our voicemail on hold so we now have a several minutes long recording of some lite jazz.

They call every week at our business, and very rude. I have ask to remove number from calling list and we  still calls every week.

occasionally get calls from this area prefix but have nothing to do with it
