The scammers use the Monster.ca job board to advertise their bogus jobs and obtain the name and phone number of job seekers. Report BSP concept to Monster at the following link:

Others have reported the scammer obtained their number from Emploi-Quebec or Jobillico. Notify any job advertisement board about BSP Concept and their tactics, and request that they ban this company from using their database.

This number has called me 7 times while i was at work. I am not impressed and when I do decide to answer no ones speaks but an automated voice that says "Goodbye".

this guy called with a Francais de France, and told me that the Director wanted to meet for an interview Tuesday morning @ 10:45 am for a Director Job.  Asked him where he got my number, he told me Centre d'emploi Québec.  Told him I am actlvely looking for a job, jet i Never Ever applied nor sent my Cv to his so called company.  He told me sorry for the call and hung up.  This is either a scam to get you to complete a job application with YOUR SOCIAL INSURANCE NO. in which there is no real job so they can and will steal your idenity . While on the phone with him could hear other reps trying to recrute.   DO NOT EVER EVER GIVE YOU SOCIAL INSURANCE NO. UNTIL YOU ARE ACTUALLY HIRED FOR A JOB.

Just don't answer

What can I do to make those calls stop? This is the most annoying thing ever.

Uneanted repetitive calls

If you put your resume on Emploi-Quebec and are now receiving these calls, notifiy Emploi-Quebec or ministre du Travail, de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité and tell them that BSP Concept is harassing you.

This number is calling me 3-4 times a day. I don't urderstand because my number is on a private list with the government and they shoud not be calling this number.

I just receive the phone. Français de France.... Louche...

I use jobilico and this scam call me 5 time per day on my cell and At home

Thank you for all the posts. I am currently looks for a job and have been applying on a lot of job boards.... These frauds just called me and I'm going to block them on my phone.

I feel like I'm going to be extra careful when real jobs call me now.... You never know who's on the other end of the phone line and what their intentions are.

I would advise all who receive calls from these frauds to file a complaint with the CRTC for illegal use of automated dialing equipment to recruit salespersons.

The number calls me and send me an email with an appointment for tomorrow. They say that it's a Ottawa's job. Thank's a lot.

Within the last two hours we received 3 calls from this number. Not recognizing the number we sourced your information on these cowards who take advantage of data on people trying to make their lives better.  No one needs the anxiety or additional stress of these invasive contacts. Please Monster.ca shut them down.  I am disabling my association with Monster.ca after this discovery.

I too am receiving calls starting at 9am and continue all day long every couple of hours again and again another call. No company name, no one speaks,  just a blank call. If I call back after it hangs up I hear a busy tone. I don't know what to do other  then block their number with my phone company. But I too did apply at Jobillico and no one from Jobillico gets back to you when you apply. I would delete all information left on their site and emploi-québec. Your information is not safe on the internet and it is now too late unfortunately. May i suggest you print the  job offer call personally, fax or email but don't apply direct online.  When you encounter a site that has been hacked your duty is to report it to the webmaster of the site so they can fix their security flaw. I believe the number that is being used to call us is a magic jack customer number.

Contact ministre du Travail, de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité and inform them that this fraud is using the employ-Quebec site as a source of contacts for scam jobs.  The fraud changes it's name frequency - they now may be using the name Concept Victory on the employ-Quebec site.  The fraudsters need to be shut down.
