georgia - 23 Jun 2008these people had me send them 2499.00 cash and then sent me a fraudulent cashiers check drawn on huntington bank and they the bank said it is a fraudulent check and that i have been scammed for 2499.00

Kenneth - 27 Jun 2008I just received a check in the mail in the amount of $2,499 with documents showing the same telephone number (514) 559 - 3472 and a Memphis, Tn. Po Box address on the letterhead. The letter outlined being hired as Consumer Survey Specialist, whatever that is. I called the number to ask what the check was for and a man with a foreign accent said someone would call me back. I have yet to hear back from someone. This is a scam so beware.
