It was like someone drop the phone on the floor or was surprise someone answered and tried to hung up.  I heard people talking in the back and then the line closed.

same here it just happened it has happened here many times even at 7:30 am. i called back at 8:15 this evening and it said the office was closed meanwhile the last call was at 8:11 they said the office is closed at 6 makes no sense
